BIOGRAPHY - Early Stages

The Early Days

During mid to late 2010, former Backyard Burial guitarist, Joe Hape and drummer Human Hating Warmachine started jamming originals. This was soon cut short early due mid 2011 due to Joe departing to Australia.

2012 - 2015

BIOGRAPHY - Band Formation

2012 - Started with a small haitus, until near the end of that year ,when a talented young guitar player by the name of Pete Sorenson joined the fold. He brought a unique style of melodic old school extreme metal with new ideas to the table.
2013 - We recruited ex bass player Boyd from Backyard Burial, later that year Peter left the band due to other commitments.
2014 - He was replaced by ex Athea / Slave Cadavar guitarist Sam, we named our band Cereberus Unleashed. Boyd later left that year and we recruited ex Athea vocalist Quinn on vocals, come 2015 our name changed to Cenosphere, we adopted a setlist of covers and originals. At the start of 2015 we recorded a 3 track demo.

2016 to 2020

BIOGRAPHY - Offical Lineup

2016 - Early in the year, we recorded our fist full length independently released album. Come mid year we released the album to the public, later that same year we recruited ex Faliciform / Demiurge bass player Jason. Around the same time he joined, our vocalist left the band to relocate to Australia. Our next vocalist was Claude ex Brutal Supremacy / Corpse Feast. This was only a temporay replacement for gigs, as we later became a three piece at the start of 2017. Claude left the band and Sam took over vocal duties.
